I did a short sprint in Sugar Land on Sunday. It was a 600m open water swim, 9 mile bike, and 3 mile run. I finished in 1:09 and that was good for 7th out of 41 in my age group. I don't have lots to report, but do have some good pics.
Meg did this race too and brought 3 friends along who did their first triathlon. I love when new people are introduced to the sport! I think they are all hooked because we spent all of brunch talking about where their next race would be. Speaking of brunch...bottomless mimosas sound like a great idea until you go home and take a nap and wake up at 6pm feeling like complete poo!

I always look so great when I run...not!
