It sounds like your forced slow-down was the best thing that ever happened! I'm still giggling at the moment of the CDA race when we were climbing the monster hill and you said "hi" as I struggled past! I was so afraid to turn around and see who it was because I literally would've fallen over at the lack of momentum I had at that moment!!
